Political ‘Experts’ Steve Schmidt & Mike Murphy Wallow in Ignorance as Millions Organize Support for Palin
The gleeful liberal media has, in recent days, happily reported the comments of alleged ‘campaign professionals’ trashing Sarah Palin. Some of these have been Republican campaign managers and media gurus who determined they would not receive ‘paid business contracts’ from Palin in the future. Instead, they decided to demean her and the conservative movement at the same time.
The result of this ‘sore-loser belly-aching’ is to deliver yet another conservative to the liberal media for lynching. It’s too bad these Washington-based consultants care more for their pocketbooks than our country.
The most recent such nonsense came from Steve Schmidt who ‘managed’ John McCain’s defeat last year against Obama. Most Americans are familiar with the inept blunders of Mr. Schmidt. He was joined in the ‘Palin Bashing’ by media consultant, Mike Murphy, who many consider more interested in adoration from NBC/MEET THE PRESS than concern for America’s future.
What these two do not understand is that Sarah Palin appeals to hardworking Americans because she is not a part of the Washington scene of self-appointed know-it-alls. These supposed experts on ‘everything’ are easy to spot on TV…they are the ones who “adore being adored” by one another.
They revel in being thought clever and well connected by other elitists who think they, themselves, are clever and well connected. If such individuals took drugs or drank, we would call this a ‘support group’. They, sadly, think of themselves as intellectuals. Go ahead and take a moment to laugh…because they are laughable.
You see, for people like Schmidt and Murphy they seem to prefer cheap shots and big consulting checks from those who oppose Sarah Palin. They thumb their noses at the views of millions of Americans who support Palin. The reality is that Sarah Palin, like Ronald Reagan, can ride a conservative populist wave all the way to the White House if ‘we the people’ keep standing up for the country we happen to love and cherish.
To those who practice willful ignorance of the current American mood, such as Schmidt and Murphy, we can only request they get out of the way and let conservatives rise to victory again. Let them wallow in Washington with their elitist friends while Sarah Palin’s supporters work to restore the nation’s glory.
