Once again Sarah Palin is talking common sense. Obama’s Attorney General suggested that Koran burning was idiotic.
In a graph published today in the WASHINGTON POST, clearly designed to get liberal pundits to sit up and take notice to bash her further, Palin’s endorsements are showing their weight in gold. To date, 10 of 14 candidates Sarah endorsed have won. No other political figure, left or right, can make this claim.

In addition Sarah often backs little known or underdog candidates who are then launched overnight into leads in primary races. This is an incredible achievement and largely ignored by the clueless liberal media. However, while they laugh Sarah Palin is recasting the national political landscape and likely setting herself on a path to a victory ‘for the people’ in 2012. You can view the graphic for yourself at this link > PALIN CANDIDATES WIN

The normally wildly liberal Associated Press seems to have found a writer willing to provide some balance. Yes, this is hard to believe. However they have produced an extensive article on ‘Our Sarah’ this morning worth reading. Here are a few of the highlights:

Sarah Palin isn’t going to fade away. Someone else in her position might have. Two years after the vice presidential nomination made her a star, the 2008 campaign is fading in memory. She’s not even Alaska’s governor anymore; she abruptly resigned that post a year ago. But she’s evolved into an enduring political personality writ large — and now the talk, growing louder, is of her own run for the White House in 2012.

She’s still a phenomenon. She can command weeks of headlines for a single Facebook observation — see health care “death panels” — and six-figure speaking fees from groups clamoring for her words. And in this congressional election year, she has easily eclipsed other Republicans as provider of the most coveted endorsement.

Palin is everywhere: in South Carolina, campaigning for gubernatorial hopeful and fellow “mama grizzly” Nikki Haley; in Nevada, stoking the anti-establishment sentiment of the tea party movement; in Arizona, defending a controversial state law cracking down on illegal immigrants. There are two stops she has yet to make in 2010 — Iowa and New Hampshire, the first major prizes of the presidential campaign

Palin has been noncommittal about her (2012) intentions, saying only that she is keeping all options open. In recent weeks, however, she has stepped up her criticism of Obama’s leadership and focused on her own credentials. To be considered “she will have to do a better job of developing policy she is for, beyond the standard operating procedure for Republicans: less taxes, less spending, less government, more freedom,” said David Johnson, a GOP strategist based in Tallahassee, Fla.

The article goes on to say there are many who want her to run but believe she’ll need to start early (shortly after the 2010 mid-term election) but Palin herself has said Presidential campaigns are too long and maybe a new strategy is needed. Only time will tell.

For now, let’s be thankful the Associated Press actually produced a fairly balanced article. To read the full story please click on this link> PALIN AP STORY.

Revolting is the word which typifies the Obama Administration on a daily basis. This is not a Presidency of, by and for the people.

This is an immoral morass of a sustained political campaign funded off the backs of American taxpayers.

President Ronald Reagan revived the FDR era ‘tradition’ of a weekly radio address to discuss important issues of war and peace abroad and peace, prosperity and the pursuit of liberty at home.

He used the power of his office to enlighten and inform. What we have today is nothing short of taxpayer-funded propaganda from the immature and incompetent Obama.

<img class="size-medium wp-image-2020" title="Reagan Radio Address" src="http://www.reagantopalin.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/Reagan-Radio-Address-300x196.jpg" alt="President Ronald Reagan revived the FDR era ‘tradition’ of a weekly radio address to discuss important issues of war and peace abroad and peace, prosperity and the pursuit of liberty at home. He used the power of his office to enlighten and inform.

Think about it: How many times have you seen or heard headlines that says ‘Obama Rips GOP in Radio Address’? He does this repeatedly and does it, more often than not, with lies. His 2008 Presidential Campaign just never seems to end.

Someone needs to tell him, hopefully we voters, that the Presidency is not a taxpayer funded bully pulpit for him…it is an office from which all the people are to be served and represented.

Disgustingly Obama’s usual approach is to blame Republicans for Washington ‘gridlock’ or being ‘obstructionists’. These dishonest claims are trumpeted by Obama’s cheerleaders in the media. No-one seems willing to remind the President he rode into office with Democratic pluralities in both houses of congress rarely seen in modern American political life.

In other words President Obama is little more than an incompetent liar. He whines. He whines some more and then he whines again. Community Organizers, normally funded by labor unions, local liberal political parties or even taxpayer funded grants never have to learn how to be leaders because their ‘pay’ is assured.

Sarah Palin’s challenge is to step into the disaster created by Barack Obama. She is right to fight fire with fire in the clearest vocabulary possible. The people must stand with her and we believe they will. We hope you agree.

Sadly, the GOP Congressional Leadership STILL have no coherent message and are afraid to label Obama as dishonest and incompetent. You hate to have to say that about any American President but the stakes have never, ever been this high. We are racing toward economic and possible military collapse and this is not a time for timidity.

Yesterday Sarah Palin did the nation a very big favor in her usual candid and determined way. She called White house Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel, a liar and proved her statement.

The term lie is a tough one and anyone using it must back it up. But the time for polite and politically correct ‘chat’ is over. With the nation staggering around the rim of oblivion we need strong and decisive voices. We can be thankful Sarah Palin is raising hers. The question is, when will others follow or get out of the way?

While Obama whines and the media wrap him in their nauseous protective cloak…Americans everywhere sense that time is running short. We’ve had enough excuses from this truly radical Administration. Obama has already proven he is not a leader because leaders rise to meet the challenges of the day…they do not act to crush freedom and bankrupt their nation.

Ronald Reagan once stepped into the dangerous shadow of the disaster that was Jimmy Carter. Sarah Palin’s challenge is to step into the disaster created by Barack Obama. She is right to fight fire with fire in the clearest vocabulary possible. The people must stand with her and we believe they will. We hope you agree.

Sadly, the REGISTER columnist decided to ‘take a rhetorical shot’ at Sarah Palin. But, as is happening with growing frequency, one of Sarah’s fervent supporters arose to her defense. Below is the portion of the REGISTER column mentioning Palin and then the Letter to the Editor:

“Whitman means more than just money and electability for the GOP. Meg is a smart, strong woman with immense stature. While the party’s most recent female trailblazer and opinion leader, Sarah Palin, possesses hockey-mom qualities and easily relates to many average Americans, she is polarizing and doesn’t appeal to voters across the aisle. Meg Whitman brings a serious tone and a persona that transcends party.”

Dear Editor: I don’t know why people have to bring up Sarah Palin’s name in a negative way. The woman is fighting a battle for this country. Moderate ain’t gonna cut it. She actually has strong beliefs, unlike most politicians. I like Meg Whitman, but you cannot compare the two. Palin is the General. Whitman is a foot soldier. Together, they will put this country back on the right track.

The lesson of this story is for all supporters of Sarah Palin to take a stand every time you get a chance to defend her!

Even Sarah’s most ardent supporters sometimes tell us “there’s no way the media is going to let her win”. Unfortunately some conservatives voters have the mindset this is true. Polls specifically written to Sarah’s detriment are repeated constantly to create the impression she is terminally ‘divisive’ ‘not qualified’ or ‘weak with independents’. All those make for good headlines from liberal media sources but are virtually meaningless in the real word of politics.

The truth is Sarah Palin will rise or fall on her own merits as a candidate just as a similarly maligned Ronald Reagan did thirty years ago. What we do know is self evident. If Sarah Palin were not a threat to the President and the entire liberal power structure in this country why are they so worried about her every move?

The answer to that is simple. They are looking at state-by-state polling data and know they’ve got a problem…a very big problem. Governor Palin has a built in advantage over President Obama in the one place it counts most: The Electoral College. We are going to share a scenario here which will provide enthusiasm for 2012 and a can-do spirit for any Palin supporters who might still be ’sitting on the fence’.

To start let’s review what happened in 2008. The facts are Obama-Biden defeated McCain-Palin by an Electoral Vote count of 365-to-173. Obama turned solid Red States to Blue but this appears a one time phenomenon. Polling data for nearly a year now shows each of these states solidly back in the GOP column.

The Electoral Votes allotted to each state will change significantly in 2012 due to the census and will favor Palin. This is subject to review, per the census totals, but projections of gain and losses are as follows:

+3: Texas

+2: Florida

+1: Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina, Utah

-1: Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Missouri, Pennsylvania

-2: New York, Ohio

It is possible California, for the first time since it became a state in 1850, will NOT gain Electoral Votes following a census. If they do, it will at most be just one. However, with the scenario noted above, Palin would see a net gain of 8 right out of the gate.

Let’s look at the most likely path to victory and the one that was evident in the week following her selection as VP candidate prior to the economic collapse in 2008. The map will you show you the colors and the outcome of Palin winning back: Florida, Virginia, Ohio, North Carolina, Indiana, Colorado & Nevada for an electoral victory of 282-256.

Governor Palin could lose either Colorado or Nevada and still win. Ohio would remain the key but the ‘Obama Economy’ has driven that states unemployment rate through the roof. It will be a battle but Palin can win there in a traditionally GOP state.

So what must the President do with his re-election hopes in such jeopardy? Well, in case you thought the Obama Administration’s doomsday attack on the new Arizona immigration law was simply a war of political philosophy…think again.

In case you thought the Obama Administration's doomsday attack on the new Arizona immigration law was simply a war of political philosophy...think again. Obama has no place to make up lost Electoral Votes and therefore his ONLY HOPE is to hold New Mexico, Nevada and Colorado.

Obama has no place to make up lost Electoral Votes and therefore his ONLY HOPE is to hold New Mexico, Nevada and Colorado. Each have sizeable Hispanic populations and each have had charges leveled against them that illegal’s are voting. That’s why you are seeing all this lying going on from the President and Attorney General about the Arizona immigration law. Obama knows his 2012 re-election fate is in the voting booths of these three states.

Potential candidates such as ROMNEY, PAWLENTY or GINGRICH cannot hope to have the same advantages Palin has in several of the key states.

Therefore, next time someone tells you Sarah Palin cannot win in 2012… let them know otherwise. We must elect a new President in 2012 and that person is SARAH PALIN.

Exhibiting fearless leadership Sarah Palin appeared in Arizona to stand with citizens against illegal immigration and challenged the President to secure our nation’s borders.

As we know, both the President and Attorney General lied to the American people about a bill they never read and used to demagogue an issue they feel will win them votes in Hispanic communities. (It should be noted Hispanics who migrated here legally support the Arizona legislation by wide margins.) We know the radical left wing media also fanned the flames of racism on this issue caring not for facts only the fevered fiction of their own dishonest reporting.

In this environment arrived Governor Palin with a message of support for Arizona Governor Jan Brewer and a warning to the President: “It’s time for Americans across this great country to stand up and say, ‘We’re all Arizonans now, and in clear unison we say, ‘Mr. President: Do your job. Secure our border.’”

Governor’s Palin and Brewer appeared together for announcement of a new website to battle misinformation and idiotic boycotts being organized by crass politicians. Click here to access new website> SecureTheBorder.org

“Our purpose today is to help the rest of the nation understand the crisis which confronts our state,” noted Arizona Governor Brewer citing the exposing of human trafficking, drug smuggling and murders due to the unprotected border.

Arizona’s common sense immigration law takes effect July 29 unless blocked by pending court challenges. It requires police enforcing others laws to ask a person about his or her immigration status if there’s “reasonable suspicion” that the person is in the country illegally. Being in the country illegally would become a state crime.

So even though President Obama and the media twisted this issue, Sarah Palin’s response is: “I think for most American people the reaction to this would be, ‘Why haven’t the police already been doing that?’”

Bravo Sarah for continuing to fearlessly stand up for conservative values no matter what the personal cost to yourself.
