In a week when Governor Sarah Palin began to re-emerge on the public scene with political endorsements of Congressional Candidate Doug Hoffman in New York and Governor Rick Perry in Texas…we have been reminded why most of us feel she is a gifted leader, a visionary and a voice of reason.

Whatever her eventual destiny with voters, Sarah Palin has proven that she can stand tall in a storm of media deceit and beat them at their own game.

In the next few months, as Palin’s book tour gains steam, those who support her must do their part. All of us must make our feelings known that we support her and the conservative philosophy she cherishes. The cynical elitists have had a selfish, but somewhat successful, plan from the very beginning at it relates to the Governor. And that is, to belittle and diminish her and to shame supporters into silence.

But silence is not courage and certainly Governor Palin is owed strong supporters who act with clarity, a sense of purpose and are never timid.

By whatever means you show your support…be it blogs, letters to the editor, bumper stickers, signs, clothing or voter registration…now is the time to act.

We know that the media is ready to cherry-pick her every statement, splice video to inaccurately report what she says or manufacture stories with interviews from individuals within other political camps. No doubt she will handle herself with grace and grit. And, we who want to see her take the oath of office on the Capitol steps on January 20, 2013, must be ready to defend her.

One such example of support is the new video shown below from TeamSarah.org. It is beautifully crafted as is something you should link or forward to as many friends and family members as possible. Young people in particular, those in high school (who will be voters in 2012) get so much of their influence from YouTube, Facebook and Twitter. So, let’s use these resources with people of all ages, and spread the word that Sarah Palin is the person we need as the next President of the United States!
